民航局前局長張國政今(29)日突然召開記者會，宣布將接手復興航空，希望民航局能暫緩收回復興的航線。民航局回應，給復興航空的陳述意見時限至今日午夜12時為止，若今日內仍未提出完整的書面報告，便將依規定處置。
民航局空運組組長韓振華表示，民航局限無預警停航的復興航空於一周內陳述意見，今日是最後期限，若興航再無動作，明(30)日就會報交通部核定全面收回航權並廢止航權。
韓振華指出，任何團隊有意願投資，應直接和復興航空的股東們談，看股東們有無意願合作，待討論出具體結果後，由復興航空向民航局提出具體的計畫，包括投資對象是誰，資金多少，何時恢復航班預作，消費者、員工如何安置等也都要有明確的說明，最慢需在今日午夜12時前提出正式書面報告。
